Second City Print was a printing company that specialized in printing big things. It also had a variety of machines that could print on special materials like wood, ceiling tiles, mirrors, and cutting boards. The majority of its clients were in the alcoholic beverage industry. Coasters were developed as gifts to clients to help Second City promote its capabilities.
Printing doesn't look very glamorous and as such, seeing inside a shop isn't very important. Large and eye catching window graphics were designed to help catch the eyes of those who pass by and communicate what they do. Iconic imagery of big things were selected to help get the point home that this is a print shop that prints things big.
Inside the waiting area in the shop, wallpaper was also designed to help reflect the same brand messaging that was being communicated outside of the store.
